Shrimp salad with arugula

Ingredients:

tiger shrimp 200g

colored cheese 100g

cherry tomatoes 100g

eggs 1 piece

salad 1 piece

arugula 1 bunch

Parmesan 1 teaspoon

olive oil 2.5 teaspoons

lemon juice 1 tbsp

salt pepper

Cooking method:
First, thaw the shrimp: swim to the refrigerator shelf on a paper towel. Wash and dry the greens.

Boil the egg, cool it, peel it. Clean, pepper and salt the shrimp.

Heat the olive oil in a pan, fry the prawns for 2 minutes on each side. We take a plate, put lettuce leaves and arugula on them. Cut the tomatoes in half and put them on top of the arugula.

Place the sliced egg, shrimp and brie cheese on top. Drizzle with lemon juice and olive oil. Salt, pepper, sprinkle with grated parmesan. The dish is ready. Good apetite!
