Cream of seafood soup


3 potatoes

1 head of onion

1 carrot

stalk of celery 2 pcs.

processed cheese 250 gr.

sea cocktail 500 gr.

salt to taste

ground black pepper to taste

greens to taste

2 liters of water

vegetable oil for frying

Cooking method:

Finely chop or grate the carrot. Note that even a small cube will not work for this soup. Try to cut the carrot as small as possible.

Clean the onion and cut it into as small pieces as possible. It is better to first cut the onion into thin half rings, and then grind them to the state of a small cube.

Fry onion and carrot in oil.

Finely chop two stalks of celery and add to the pan with the vegetables. Mix everything well. If there is a desire, you can add a little butter to the pan, it will make the taste of the soup more delicate.

Cut the processed cheese into small cubes. For this soup, you can use regular processed cheeses, or soft processed cheese in jars. This is absolutely not necessary, so choose the cheese you like best.

Pour two liters of water into the pot and put it on the stove. As soon as the water boils, add chopped melted cheese to the pan. Literally, after a few minutes, the cheese will melt completely.

As soon as the cheese melts, add diced potatoes to the soup. Boil the potatoes until half. Salt the soup to taste. Add some ground pepper.

As soon as the potatoes are half cooked, transfer the fried vegetables to the soup. Mix everything.

Put the sea cocktail in the soup. Taste again and add salt and pepper to taste. If you wish, you can use a mixture of peppers and herbs according to your own taste. Cook the soup on medium heat for 5-7 minutes.

Garnish the finished soup with fresh herbs and serve.
