Cheese soup with mussels


mussels 250g

cream cheese 120g

potatoes 200g

carrot 70g

onion 70 g

vegetable oil 2 tbsp

salt pepper

Cooking method:
First, peel, wash and cut the potatoes into cubes. We put it to boil for 20 minutes. Clean the onion and carrot. Cut the onion into cubes, cut the carrot into strips.

Fry the vegetables in a pan, then transfer them to the pot with the potatoes. We put mussels in there and added cream cheese. Add salt and pepper to taste and cook for another 7 minutes. Let’s add greens. The dish is ready. Good apetite!
